I purchased a bonsai 2 years ago-I believe it is a Juniper 51cg. So far, I have just been watering it. It has recently turned brown. Can I rescue this tree and than care for it properly or is it beyond help? Thank you

Depends. Some junipers go a brown-purple-ish due to frost. How cold is it in your whereabouts now? Could it be frost-induced color shift?

A photo would help, and welcome tot he empire.

Based on the above I'm going to guess you've kept it inside and it is dead.
