get it outside now. It looks vey dry, when watering do not water to a schedule, water when the soil is almost dry.

Your tree is not a zelkova, but a chinese Elm, ulmus parvifolia. The care for them is similar.

Hi Jonnie,
Don’t overwork it yet. Let it recover from the move, get it into better light, and plan your bigger changes later.
