Hi everyone,?

I'm brand new to this so any help is appreciated!?

I've got a couple of small pots with Mimosas in them. There's 6 in total, 3 in each pot.

I'm wondering what the next stage is/when I should repot these into individual pots and the best way to do this? The tallest is currently 2.5inch.

they are big enough to seperate now.
