My BonsaiMaple Acer not going Dormant was created by BonsaiChi

Greeting everyone,

I lived in Vancouver and we had a longer summer with heat wave.
My bonsai which is kept outside still have all the "green" leaves in November!
In the past, all the leaves should be gone by now and it should be sleeping.
Should I be concern? Is there anything I need to do for my bonsai to go dormant?

All my maples go dormant at different time. I have never thought about it as a problem. I don't think there are anything you can do but wait until it happens.
