Hi all, I just bought a plant labelled as a bonsai starter at my local nursery, and I was wondering if someone could help me confirm the identity of this bonsai seeing as it did not have an identification tag. I have done some research, and I believe it is a Chinese Elm 51cg?? However, I am not too sure.

I cannot see any picture.

There is no picture so it’s impossible to say, but should you not have asked at the nursery what you bought?

I agree with you. Asking to the nursery where you bought it would be a smart move.
