The temperature varies as itĄ¯s a single glazed window, so pretty cold some nights and pretty warm in the daytime, itĄ¯s also south facing so plenty of warmth from the sun. I have other bonsai with good draining soil right next to it and IĄ¯ve watered them a few times as they dry out at a normal rate.
My parents know not to touch my bonsai haha.

Rufus Fox wrote: I keep mine inside, shouldnĄ¯t that mean it should dry out just a little as itĄ¯s been about 3 months since itĄ¯s last water ? IĄ¯m just a little worried about root rot as itĄ¯s been kept in moist soil for so long.

Thank you for your reply

Sorry but this is just not possible. Soil will dry out to dust over 3 months if placed inside, also when no plant it in there.

So you are watering it constantly. Just not from the top.

Yeah, must be.

Careful, the soil needs to dry a bit so the roots can get oxygen.
