Good luck! That should make for a very interesting specimen over time. Portulacaria afra ‘Lilliput’ is vigorous enough that the stems may eventually graft and fuse where they stay in close contact, creating the appearance of a thicker, more mature trunk. Patience will be key, but the potential bonsai-style look could be well worth the wait. Be sure to post updates as it develops!
